We are thrilled that Sedos has been invited to return to Cornwall’s spectacular outdoor theatre, the Minack, in 2028.
Our debut at the Minack was in 2019 with A Swell Party, a tribute to the life and work of Cole Porter, and in 2025, we followed up with a sold-out run of The Pirate Queen, a lesser-known gem from the writers of Les Misérables and Miss Saigon.
The opportunity to take another show to the Minack is incredibly exciting for our membership, both on and off stage – performing and working in this beautiful outdoor theatre with the sea as its backdrop is unique and the experience of spending a week in Cornwall with all your show mates is very special.
We’ve learnt a huge amount from our two previous shows at the Minack and look forward to building on that with our 2028 production.
The Management Committee are now seeking pitches from directors and creative teams who would like to lead our Minack 2028 effort. The deadline for putting forward your pitch is Monday 2 November at 1pm and more information is available here.
