ABOUT THE SHOW
When the Princess and her friends arrive, heads immediately turn, and things start to unravel. As loyalties shift and promises are broken, it’s a full-blown recoupling season – with sonnets instead of texts, disguises instead of grand gestures, and plenty of spectacular misfires along the way.
A Spanish heir starts spitting bars about his secret lover, while the resort staff just want everyone to leave them in peace. Then, when it seems as though everyone might finally land where they’re meant to be, a dramatic twist brings the party to an abrupt halt.
Featuring a vibrant score blending pop-rock anthems and heartfelt ballads, this is a show that is smart, sharply funny, gloriously silly – and questions what it means to promise something, and what it means to break it.
THE VIBE
This is a bold, high-energy musical theatre experience.
The score moves from explosive ensemble numbers to emotionally charged solos. Choreography spans jazz, tap, Charleston, jive, and contemporary, with a strong emphasis on storytelling through movement.
We are looking for:
- Confident dancers with strong physical storytelling
- Strong singers capable of both ensemble and solo work
- Performers with personality, connection, and comic instinct
All characters are written as American characters unless otherwise stated, and performers must be comfortable performing in a US accent.
CASTING APPROACH AND DIVERSITY
We are committed to building a cast that reflects the diversity of the world we live in.
All roles are open to performers of all genders, ethnicities, body types, and backgrounds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We actively encourage performers from underrepresented groups to audition.
We are casting for energy, individuality, and storytelling.
ACCESS AND INCLUSION
We want you to be able to do your best work.
If you have any access requirements – including mobility, neurodiversity, or adjustments to format – please let us know and we will support you.
This is a physically active production, but we are committed to making the process as accessible as possible and welcome performers with disabilities to audition.
